Interfusion has done one thing since 2002: end user computing. VDI, application delivery, and the endpoints people log into every day.

For most of those years you wouldn't have seen our name. We were the engineers the big firms called when a Fortune 500 EUC project got hard. Citrix Consulting Services ran us as their architect on customer sites for over a decade. National VARs subcontracted us to lead migrations they'd sold but couldn't staff at our level. The work shipped under someone else's logo.

The pattern repeated on every job. The client paid prime-contractor rates. The project lived or died on the senior engineer, and that engineer was usually us, two layers removed from the people who needed us. The middle took the margin. We did the work.

Interfusion exists to cut out the middle. You hire the engineer directly. No prime marking us up, no junior inheriting your environment after the kickoff call.

That's the model. Everything else on this site follows from it.

Damian N. Cordovez

Damian has worked in end user computing since 1999, starting on Citrix WinFrame and MetaFrame and staying on the platform through every generation to current CVAD and DaaS. 25+ years. 200+ projects.

He's the engineer on the work. Discovery, architecture, build, and the troubleshooting when a 30,000-user VDI estate misbehaves in production. Not a deck from someone who hasn't opened the console.

For over a decade, Citrix Consulting Services ran him as their white-label architect, delivering under their name to Fortune 500 clients. National VARs still bring him in the same way, for the engagements they can't afford to get wrong, across financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing. He's designed pod-based CVAD for 30,000 bank users across production and DR, deployed a 15,000-user site with zero post-launch incidents, and rebuilt failed Azure DaaS environments other consultants walked away from.

He founded Interfusion in 2002. The reason hasn't changed. Serious EUC problems get solved by senior engineers who've actually run these platforms, not by account managers. So that's who you get.

Vendor-agnostic isn't a line here. He'll tell you when Citrix is the wrong fit and Parallels RAS or Azure AVD does the job better. The evaluation decides. He has nothing to sell you but the right answer.

Broderick is a Citrix engineer first. He's spent 20+ years designing and building the platforms Interfusion deploys: CVAD and Citrix Cloud, Provisioning Services, NetScaler, FAS, and the Active Directory and Windows infrastructure underneath. He's done it for healthcare systems and financial services firms, from a single farm to environments running hundreds of servers.

A Navy veteran, Broderick started on data and electronics systems in the service before moving into enterprise IT. He spent six years running a 300-server, three-farm Citrix estate for a hospital system, holding up clinical applications that couldn't go down. From there, years of design and build work across PVS, XenServer, NetScaler, and CVAD as a consulting architect.

For Interfusion he leads delivery and makes sure every engagement is staffed with senior Citrix engineers, not whoever happens to be free. When a project needs more hands, the people he brings in are vetted to the same level clients expect from us.

He holds a Computer Science degree with a cybersecurity concentration and is Citrix certified through the expert and integration-architect levels.

Yves is the NetScaler specialist. When secure access, load balancing, or a multi-site GSLB setup is the part of a Citrix project most likely to break, he's the one who designs it and makes it hold. He knows the ADC line cold, VPX, MPX, and SDX, along with the gateway, App Firewall, and multi-factor pieces most engineers skirt around.

He's spent 15+ years on Citrix, and for most of a decade Citrix itself used him as a bench consultant on its Fortune 500 work. He's run well over a hundred engagements across healthcare, banking, energy, and retail, from health checks to full design-build-deploy. That includes a 24,000-seat deployment for a federal agency, the kind of scale where a sloppy image or a bad GSLB config takes down thousands of people at once.

Most of his recent work is Citrix Cloud migrations, moving clients off aging on-prem XenApp farms onto Citrix DaaS with the networking done right. On a complex pursuit he's the technical lead in pre-sales, the engineer who designs the answer on the call and then builds it.

He's Citrix certified through the integration-architect and expert levels, and holds an MCSE.

J. Thomson

Principal Consultant | Sales Engineer

Thomson is the cloud side of EUC, and the technical voice in the room when a client is still deciding whether to buy. He came up at Citrix as a technical account manager, then spent years running Citrix at a scale and security level most shops never touch, the kind of large enterprise and government environments where downtime and a botched migration aren't survivable.

He ran the digital workplace and EUC architecture for a major healthcare organization for most of a decade, including a full Citrix DaaS to Azure AVD migration on Nerdio and FSLogix. He's also worked at Nerdio itself, so the automation layer most consultants treat as a black box is something he's built from the inside. His range covers Citrix, AVD, Windows 365, Nerdio, and FSLogix, and the Citrix-to-cloud calls that go wrong when someone lifts and shifts without thinking it through.

He's not just hands on a keyboard. He's built and led EUC teams and run the enablement programs that get a client's own staff ready to run a platform after handoff. On a sales call he's the one who answers the hard technical question on the spot, then scopes what it actually takes to deliver.

He knows when cloud is the wrong answer, which matters as much as knowing when it's right.

Michael Sandler

Director of Program Management

Michael runs client engagements so the engineers can stay on the engineering. Scope, schedule, budget, and the hard calls when a large program starts to drift. On a migration that touches thousands of users across dozens of sites, that's the role that decides whether the project lands.

He started technical, building enterprise networks and firewalls before he moved into running the programs that deploy them. That's why he manages technical work without needing it translated for him.

For 30 years he's run some of the largest IT programs in the country. He led delivery and recovery on a billion-dollar federal program across 429 sites, and directed a $106M enterprise development and PMO contract. His specialty is the turnaround: taking a behind-schedule, over-budget program and pulling it back inside its constraints. In the private sector he built the field engineering practice at GetWellNetwork and rolled out patient-care systems across 40+ hospitals, then stood up the IT division at Destiny Health from startup through 200+ employees.

For Interfusion clients he owns program management and business process consulting. Earned value tracking, governance, honest schedules, and clear reporting to the people paying for the work. He also founded OPSDNA, a workforce and process analytics product, and AiAffirmative, an AI readiness practice.

Omar is the business engine behind the relationship, but he is not a non-technical sales leader. He understands EUC from both sides: the commercial strategy that moves a project forward and the endpoint technology that determines whether it succeeds. His main objective is simple: provide real value to the customer.

He spent a decade developing global sales and channel strategy for Tricerat, a software vendor built around Citrix and VDI environments. He then moved to Dubai and built a leading EUC distribution company in the Middle East and Africa from the ground up, helping accelerate EUC adoption in a region that was still behind in virtualization, VDI, thin clients, and cloud workspace technologies.

Omar also understands the broader infrastructure layers behind successful EUC projects, including software-defined networking, software-defined storage, HCI, virtualization, cloud architecture, endpoint management, secure access, and security. That perspective helps him see how endpoint decisions fit into the larger enterprise environment.

He later founded ThinClient Direct to help enterprises make better decisions around endpoint hardware, thin client operating systems, and best-fit technologies such as IGEL, Unicon, Rangee, Praim, and other EUC endpoint platforms. The goal is not to push a product, but to identify the right fit, reduce unnecessary cost, and improve the customer's endpoint strategy.

That is where Omar provides value. He can lead the business conversation, align stakeholders, and shape the partnership strategy, while also speaking credibly about VDI endpoint requirements, thin client economics, OS selection, deployment tradeoffs, and the surrounding elements that influence success, including networking, storage, compute, access, and security.

Every customer meeting also includes an engineer, so deep technical guidance comes directly from the person involved in delivery. Omar's role is to bridge the business and technical sides of the conversation, keeping each opportunity commercially sound, technically grounded, and aligned with the customer's goals.
